TPU layflat hose using skills

TPU layflat hose has many advantages, but if not used in proper way, it will reduce it's service life, and even damage the hose. Let me show you some skills in hose using.

1. When using polyurethane hose, keep away from sharp objects as far as possible. If it is not possible, please do something properly protected for the hose.
2. TPU layflat hose should be fixed when it is laid out. When the pressure of hose increases continuously, the hose will have a certain displacement. This is normal phenomenon, but displacement is not allowed in some places. At this time, you need to fix part of the hose and transfer the displacement to other places.
3. If different types of hoses are mixed, please install the higher pressure hose level near the outlet of the pump, and the lower pressure hose level at the end.
4. The connection between hose and coupling should keep in a straight line. Especially under working pressure, if the angle between hose and coupling is too large, then the inner TPU cover will be worn out by coupling. This will cause the phenomenon of blistering of hose near the coupling. Therefore, when using hose, it is necessary to fix the hose near both ends of couplings so as to make it in good condition to keep it still in a straight line under working pressure.
